Mr. Nilesh Shah is a seasoned Civil Engineer and strategic professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 1986, he began his journey with the prestigious Nhava Sheva Port Project (now JNPT) under the Japanese firm Mitsui & Co. He went on to work with a number of renowned multinational corporations and development firms including Peninsula Land, Sanghavi Group, and Romell Group.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shah has successfully led large-scale projects across diverse sectors—ranging from infrastructure developments such as ports, bridges, and wastewater treatment facilities, to complex residential and commercial high-rise buildings. One of his most notable achievements includes spearheading the restoration of a 150-year-old mill structure into a modern commercial complex, regarded as one of the most challenging and significant restoration projects in the region.
In his most recent roles, Mr. Shah has served in top management positions, bringing strategic vision and operational excellence to every project. Over the past five years, he has built extensive expertise in redevelopment and feasibility analysis under DCPR 2034, with projects spanning Walkeshwar, Dahisar, and Mulund. He has also played a pivotal role in the growth and leadership of Urban Frames Pvt. Ltd., before establishing his own consultancy to further his impact in the industry.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mithibai College, Bombay University (1980), and has further strengthened her credentials with Final ACA (Group 1, 1988) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with Intermediate ACS (1985) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ms. Haldipur has a proven track record in overseeing departmental operations, streamlining processes through ERP and SOP implementation, and contributing to strategic decision-making alongside top-tier leadership.
Her ability to engage seamlessly with individuals across organizational hierarchies and her multilingual capabilities reflect her adaptability and strong communication acumen. Ms. Haldipur’s comprehensive approach and people-centric management style continue to be vital assets to the company’s growth and innovation.
Mr. Madan Jain is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind the Bhairaav Group, which he founded in 1969. With sharp business acumen, a progressive mindset, and an unwavering commitment to ethical leadership, he has guided the Group through decades of sustained growth and diversification. His foresight and disciplined approach have ensured continual modernization across all business verticals, establishing the Group as a trusted and forward-thinking enterprise.
Under his leadership, the Group made a significant foray into the real estate sector—an initiative conceived and led by Mr. Jain himself.
